What we do
Usually taken together, from the first brief to an operating facility. Each can also be engaged on its own.
01
What the facility is for, what services it will provide, and what it will cost to build and to run.
02
The delivery model, the consortium and the contracts between the parties. We set the commercial positions and work alongside counsel, who prepare the agreements.
03
We identify the funding routes open to a programme and prepare it to the standard development-finance and export-credit institutions expect.
04
The brief for designers and engineers, and the selection and integration of medical equipment, including specialist installations such as radiotherapy and imaging. Radiation-shielding, architectural and MEP design for these facilities is delivered with our specialist partner Radmed Yapı (see Partners).
05
One programme plan across design, construction, equipment and commissioning, with a single point of accountability to the client.
06
The staffing, maintenance, licensing and operating arrangements a facility needs in order to open and keep running.
