How Quantum Heights Ltd handles personal data received through this website and by email.
Who we are
Quantum Heights Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15876290, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about it at admin@quantumheights.uk.
What we collect
This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it sets no cookies. We collect personal data only when you write to us. That will usually be your name, email address, organisation and role, and anything you choose to include in your message.
Our website host may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to identify visitors.
How we use it and on what basis
We use your details to reply to you, to discuss a programme or engagement you have raised, and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or, where you are discussing an engagement with us, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where we must keep records by law, that legal obligation is our basis.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers who host our website and email, with professional advisers where needed, or where the law requires it. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was received for, and for up to six years after our last contact where it relates to an engagement, so that we can meet legal and accounting requirements. We then delete it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or ask us to restrict its use, and ask for it to be transferred. To exercise any of these rights, write to admin@quantumheights.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to address any concern first.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: October 2026.
